If you refer a candidate to Work Wonders Staffing that is subsequently hired by a client of ours, we will pay you a Referral Bonus as a way to say Thank You!
If you refer someone, please ask him or her to send their resume to resumes@workwondersstaffing.net. In the body of the email, they should clearly state that you referred them. As a follow-up, please send us a note naming the person you have referred and their email address.
Referral Bonuses are based on the annual salary of the candidate that is hired. Generally they are in the range of $500 - $2000. You will receive the "Thank You" money after the candidate has been employed with our client for 100 days.
